Mr. Thomas Fairfull, President of Exxadon Technology Corporation is pleased to announce that its operating subsidiary, EWMC Environmental Waste Management Corporation (``EWMC'') has successfully produced recycled automobile tires.

Exxadon/EWMC states that automobile tires have been manufactured by a third party manufacturer using, as a 25% component, the carbon black produced by the pilot tire reduction plant operated by EWMC at its Ajax Ontario facility. The patented EWMC Tire Reduction System utilizes proprietary microwave technology to reduce used tires to their base components. These components consist mainly of high-grade carbon black, diesel oil and steel. The pilot plant in Ajax has been in operation on a demonstration and test basis for the past 18 months.

Exxadon/EWMC believes that this patented process represents a major step forward in dealing with the world-wide problem of discarded tires. This opportunity represents the creation of viable tires produced from the by-products of used tires.

Mr. Fairfull stated that the recycled tires will be on display at the Exxadon/EWMC booth at the Globe '96 Environmental Conference to be held in Vancouver, British Columbia on March 27th, 28th and 29th.

Exxadon Technology Corporation is an environmental waste management company, which through its wholly owned subsidiary, EWMC, has the exclusive rights to exploit and market a patented Microwave Reduction process as it applies to several applications throughout various parts of the world.
