| E.W.M.C. International
Inc. (“EWMC”) confirmed that a management and technical group has returned
following meetings held in Warsaw, Poland with high-level Polish Officials
to settle details for the installation of the first EWMC MD-1000 reverse
polymerization Medical Waste Reduction System just outside Warsaw. Mr. Thomas Fairfull, Chairman of E.W.M.C. International Inc., stated that he was very pleased that the meetings with representatives of the Polish Government Ministries which would approve the installation and financing of the Systems were complete. He acknowledged that the process of moving the transaction forward is a slow one but confirmed that EWMC, in conjunction with its Polish partners, had viewed the first two Polish sites and had received confirmation from the Polish regulators. The initial installation involves placing an EWMC MD-1000 Reverse Polymerization Medical Waste Reduction System in the Brodno Hospital, just outside Warsaw, and a further five installations are expected to follow shortly, once the final details are settled. EWMC, a publicly traded Company, has successfully developed and patented a “reverse polymerization” technology which reduces organic material to its original molecular components economically and without harmful emissions. At present, EWMC has developed processors that treat medical waste and tires. Trading in EWMC’s shares are reported on the Canadian Dealer Network (CDN) under the symbol “EWMI”.
