EXXADON APPOINTS NEW BOARD MEMBER

Mr. Thomas Fairfull, Chairman of Exxadon is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Hans-Joerg Hungerland to the Board of Directors of Exxadon Technology Corporation.

Mr. Hungerland comes to Exxadon with over three decades of broad international management experience in the automotive industry as Chairman, President, CEO, Director and Manager. He has served on the boards of Car & Truck Manufacturers, Financial Services Co., Transport Co., Marketing Institute in Germany, North America, Sweden, Italy, France, UK, Japan, China, Nigeria, and (former) Yugoslavia.

Currently, Mr. Hungerland is the President of the international consulting company, H.-J.H. & Partner. He was a member of the Volkswagen Board, responsible for VW and Audi world-wide Sales, Marketing and Aftersales Service, former President & CEO of Volkswagen of America, Director of Export for VW and Audi world-wide Sales, Marketing and Aftersales, General Manager of Aftersales Service for Volkswagen of America responsible for VW, Audi and Porsche.

As Exxadon's wholly owned subsidiary EWMC Environmental Waste Management Corporation moves into the international sales arena, Mr. Hungerland's business acumen will be fully utilized.
