Completion
of Certain Private Placements

| Mr. Thomas Fairfull,
Chairman of EWMC International Inc. announced the completion of certain
private placements as follows: 1. A placement of 850,000 common shares at a price of $0.1125 per common share to non-arms length placees; 2. A placement of 1,375,000 Units at a price of $0.1125 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase Warrant. The holder of two share purchase Warrants will be entitled to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of twelve months. The placement is made to arms length placees. 3. A placement of 1,557,166 Units at a price of $0.15 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase Warrant. The holder of two share purchase Warrants will be entitled to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.20 for a period of eighteen months. Two non-arms length placees participated in this placement by the purchase of a total of 266,666 Units. EWMC International Inc., a publicly traded company, has successfully developed the patented reverse polymerization technology which reduces organic material to its original molecular components economically and without harmful emissions. At present, EWMC has developed processors for the reduction of medical waste and tires. Trading in EWMC shares is reported on the Canadian Dealing Network Inc. ("CDN") under the symbol "EWMI". Funds provided through the private placements are dedicated to working capital requirements of the Corporation which continues to pursue efforts related to the sale of its Medical Waste Reduction Unit.
