EXXADON
GETS GREEN LIGHT ON PATENT IN SWITZERLAND
|
| November 15, 1995 |
| Exxadon is pleased
to announce that CLE Management Inc. has been granted its patent for the
Emery Microwave Process in Switzerland. Unlike most patented products, the
major difference in this patent is that it is the process which has been
patented not just the design of the machine. The patent has been applied
for throughout the world, and has gone on to be granted in both Canada and
Switzerland as of now, with many other Countries soon to follow. Exxadon's
agreement with CLE grants Exxadon the exclusive rights to exploit the Emery
Microwave Process, as it applies to Medical Waste Sterilization and Breakdown,
Rubber Reduction including tires, Soil Remediation, PCB Breakdown, Plastic
Reduction and Municipal Waste Reduction throughout North America, Europe,
the Middle East, and the former Soviet Union. Exxadon also has the right
to market and sell the process in North America as it applies to Auto Shredder
Residue (Car Fluff), and the rights to market and sell the Medical Waste
applications in Brazil. At present, Exxadon/EWMC along with Reimelt KG, has developed and built the first production model of the Medical Waste Processor (M100), as well, Exxadon/EWMC has built a fully operational pre-production prototype of the Rubber Reduction Processor (M3000). Reimelt KG of Germany is currently building two model M100 Medical Waste Processors, and has begun the initial work on manufacturing the first production version of the M3000 Rubber Reduction Processor. Exxadon/EWMC is working very closely with many interested parties regarding sales of both the medical waste and the rubber tire machines. In just the past few months, Exxadon/EWMC has signed a licensing deal for medical waste in Brazil, as well as receiving an order and deposit on the first Medical Waste Processor to be delivered in the early part of 1996. The company has also just recently received a non-refundable deposit from a private U.S company for a time-limited right to complete negotiations on a licensing and sales agreement for the U.S., (excluding California). Exxadon is very encouraged by the level of interest that the Emery Microwave Process has generated around the world, and is confident that the recent pace will not only continue, but should actually increase in the coming months.
