Emmanuel Gerrard appointed to Board

Mr. Thomas Fairfull, Chairman of E.W.M.C. International Inc. (“EWMC”), announced today that Emanuel Gerard has joined the Board of Directors as the sixth Board member. Mr. Gerard is Chairman of Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co., Inc., an investment banking firm in New York City.

Mr. Gerard co-founded Gerard Klauer Mattison in 1989. He was with Warner Communications from 1974 to 1984, where he became Co-Chief Operating Officer, a member of the Office of the President and a member of the Board of Directors. Management of EWMC believes that Mr. Gerard brings to the Board a wealth of management experience and knowledge.

EWMC, a publicly traded Company, has successfully developed and patented a “reverse polymerization” technology which reduces organic material to its original molecular components economically and without harmful emissions.
